As promised I'm getting to ending my weekend review, since James was hell bent on going to bed last night right when I was in the middle of posting. Because I love him... I hurried up and finished and resolved to get back to it today.
Just a small recap leading up to the next events:
- Wake up 7am Saturday morning, get four kids out of house.
- James & Angel's birthday lunch.
- Grocery shopping at Sam's Club.
- Fastest shower known to man to get to sister's 21st celebration...
Turns out, I didn't need to take the world's fastest shower, because while I was told to arrive at 9pm, the party bus they had rented didn't arrive until about 10:15. Destination:
Dave & Busters.
I could go into the detail about all the drama that occurred upon arriving at said destination
(cough, cough: one girl was not of age and her boyfriend tried to sneak into the kitchen resulting in all of us getting kicked out before ever entering the establishment), but I'd rather just show off a couple of photos showing the good parts of the evening instead.

On the bright side... Sunday
(her actual birthday) ended up being rather lovely with a lunch
at Chili's as
well as dinner at
Mia Ranchito. Turns out she had a hankering for Mexican food I guess.
